Terms of Service

Every job starts with a written service agreement. These are the terms it contains, so there are no surprises on service day.

1. Scope of work and estimates

Estimates are free and based on the surfaces, service address and property details you provide. Before work begins, the customer and a company representative sign a service agreement listing the surfaces to be cleaned, available water sources, any customer notes or concerns, and the estimated price. Work outside that written scope is quoted separately.

2. Customer responsibilities

  • Water access. The customer agrees to provide an outdoor water spigot with steady water pressure.
  • Property prep. All windows and doors must be closed and secured tightly. Please clear vehicles, patio furniture and breakable items away from the work areas before the scheduled service time.
  • Safety and work zone. We mark the work area with cones or barriers while equipment is running. The customer agrees to keep children, pets and bystanders inside or away from the marked work zone until the job is complete and the crew gives the all-clear. Do not enter the work area while equipment is operating. Surfaces may be slippery immediately after cleaning.

3. Liability waiver and property damage

  • Pre-existing damage. The company is not responsible for damage caused by loose siding, cracked stucco, dry-rotted wood, failed window seals, or previously chipped paint.
  • Water intrusion. The company is not liable for water entering the home through poorly sealed windows, doors or vents.
  • Plants and landscaping. The company uses standard property-protection methods such as pre-wetting plants, but is not liable for minor or accidental damage to delicate plants or landscaping.

4. Pricing and payment

The total estimated cost is stated on the signed service agreement. Payment is due when services are rendered unless a different date is written on the agreement. Accepted payment methods are cash, check, card, and electronic or mobile payment.

5. Weather and rescheduling

Light rain does not prevent a quality wash. We monitor the local forecast and, if conditions become unsafe for the crew or your property, we contact you to reschedule at no charge.

6. Legal and dispute resolution

If the company must take legal action, hire a collection agency, or retain an attorney to collect unpaid balances or enforce any provision of the service agreement, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, court costs and collection expenses incurred by the company.

7. Agreement and authorization

By signing the service agreement, the customer approves the scope of work and agrees to these terms and conditions. The signed agreement between the customer and G&GS Pressure Washing LLC governs the work and controls if anything on this page conflicts with it.
